Refunds, Cancellations and Delivery
Digital photograph downloads
Our £1.99 personal-use digital photographs are supplied electronically through a download link after purchase. No physical item is shipped and no postage is charged.
For digital content, the statutory 14-day cancellation right may be lost once supply starts, but only where the customer has given the legally required express consent, acknowledged the loss of that right, and received the required confirmation. Purchasing alone does not waive cancellation rights. If these requirements have not been met, applicable cancellation rights remain.
If your download is faulty, misdescribed, not supplied or inaccessible, contact info@sussexseaandsky.co.uk with your order number. Your statutory rights for digital content are unaffected.
Bespoke physical prints
Physical fine-art prints are available by individual enquiry, rather than as standard online products. You may request specific dimensions, paper and finishing options. Before accepting an order we will check image suitability and agree the detailed specifications, price, delivery arrangements and estimated timescale with you.
Where a print is genuinely made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised, the statutory 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply. We will explain this before you agree to the commission. If a product does not qualify for that exemption, your applicable statutory cancellation rights remain.
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel a commission. Once bespoke production has begun, changes may not be possible, subject to your statutory rights.
Delivery of physical prints
Delivery availability, cost and estimated timing for commissioned prints will be set out in your quotation. Please check your address carefully when approving an order.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect prints
If your physical print arrives damaged, faulty, incorrectly produced or materially different from the agreed description, email us with your order number and details. Photographs of the issue and packaging are helpful. We will discuss an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights, which are not limited by this policy.
