Are these photographs genuine?
Yes. Every Sussex Sea & Sky image begins with a genuine photograph of a real place, weather event or moment captured through a camera. We do not use AI to create or replace the scenes depicted. Careful photographic adjustments may be made to exposure, lighting, contrast and colour to reflect the atmosphere and natural colours witnessed at the time.
What am I buying?
You are purchasing a high-quality fine art photographic print featuring original Sussex Sea & Sky photography. Prints are supplied unframed, allowing you to choose a frame that suits your own home and style.
What sizes are available?
Our photographs are available in A4, A3 and A2 sizes. Simply select your preferred size on the individual photograph's product page before ordering.
Are frames included?
No. All Sussex Sea & Sky prints are supplied unframed.
How much is UK delivery?
Delivery to UK addresses is free.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are normally delivered within 7–10 working days from the date of order. Each print is produced individually, so delivery times can occasionally vary during particularly busy periods.
Can I cancel my order?
We provide a 24-hour cancellation period from the time your order is placed. After this period, your order may enter production with our specialist print partner and we may no longer be able to cancel or amend it. This does not affect your statutory rights, including your rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
What happens if my print arrives damaged or there is a problem with it?
Please contact us as soon as possible if your print arrives damaged or there is a production problem. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Will the colours look exactly the same as they do on my screen?
We take care to represent our photography accurately. However, screens and displays reproduce colour differently, so there may be slight differences between the image displayed on your device and the finished photographic print.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
At present, Sussex Sea & Sky delivers to UK addresses only.
