Personal-use digital photograph licence
Each purchase grants the individual purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the purchased photograph for personal, non-commercial purposes, including personal display and personal prints.
Copyright remains with photographer Sharon Maskery. Purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership of the image. You may not resell, redistribute, upload the source file for others to download, sublicense, claim authorship, use the photograph in advertising or other commercial projects, or sell prints or products featuring it. Digital delivery and download support
Digital photographs are supplied electronically using a download link after purchase. No physical product is shipped and no shipping or delivery charge applies to digital downloads. Contact info@sussexseaandsky.co.uk if your link or file does not work.
Cancellation and consumer rights
Where applicable law permits, your statutory right to cancel within 14 days may end once digital supply begins, but only where you have expressly consented to immediate supply and acknowledged that you will lose that cancellation right, with the required confirmation. Purchasing alone does not constitute that consent. If those requirements are not met, your applicable cancellation rights remain. Nothing here limits your statutory remedies for digital content that is faulty, misdescribed, or not supplied.
